Where do the prices come from?

Jordan's price is an estimate worked out the way the syndicate bulletin is; Saudi and UAE prices are indicative, from the international gold price. Prices refresh every few minutes, and the last update shows under the price. If your shop's price differs, type it on the Prices tab.

How do I move my gold to a new iPhone?

Two ways: turn on iCloud sync in More on both iPhones with the same Apple Account, or export a backup file and choose "I already use Dahabji on another iPhone" on the new one. Through sync, photos open on the new iPhone when iCloud Keychain is on. The backup file does not need it.

I forgot my backup passphrase.

The passphrase is never stored, so nobody can open the file without it. Export a new backup from the iPhone that holds your vault.

How do I restore my subscription?

Open More, tap the Pro card at the top, then "Restore purchases", with the Apple Account you subscribed with.

How do I cancel?

iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Price alerts do not arrive.

Check that notifications for Dahabji are allowed in iPhone Settings. The Alerts screen tells you when they are off and links to Settings.

Where does the zakat opinion come from?

You choose it on the Zakat tab, shown with its source. The app never chooses for you, and the calculation is not a fatwa.

How do I delete everything?

More, then Delete all data. Details in the Privacy Policy.
